I'm excited to invite you all to volunteer at the Portland Chapter's first fundraising event! We've always had our big organizational fundraisers, but for the first time Portland is taking a lead on hosting it's own events.
I need volunteers to help staff the event. We will need folks to: help set up and tear down, sell shirts and merch, give info to folks and also generally help players.
The actual event is from 12pm-2pm. But if you can only come for set up or tear down, we will only need you for a few hours. Same thing if you are helping with the main event, we would only need you from 12pm-2pm.
