The 50501 group has invited us to set up a table and crowd canvass at their rally on Labor Day!!! The last rally we went to with this group had about 40,000 people at it. And they are like minded and most are aligned with our healthcare beliefs and goals.

If you are a new crowd canvasser, you could not have picked a more friendly event. Ernie will be leading and they are great. They will also be a great support as you are trying to find your flow and get going. 

We will first be meeting at Pine Street Market. Here, we will go over talking points and the clipboard you will be using. Then, we will walk down to the rally 30 minutes early (around 11:30 am) to set up and start our day of tabling.

There are two different shift times: 11am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-4:00pm. The second shift won't meet at the coffee shop, but will instead go straight to the Battleship Memorial on the waterfront and search for the HCAO tent which will be marked.
